Training plan
Health and safety training for So Clean staff
So Clean staff are expected to follow health and safety training and guidance from the beginning of their employment. New employees undertake training as part of the induction process, with health and safety responsibilities clearly explained.
Site-based managers, commercial staff and directors have also completed First Aid at Work training, supporting a more informed and responsible approach across the business.
