A genuinely exciting Office Administrator role has arisen within our well established, family run, contract cleaning company. This is a role which will keep you on your toes, whilst offering a friendly working environment within a small office team based in Orpington. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of being responsible for providing Clerical and Accounts duties to contribute to the smooth running of the office. You will have a high level of attention to detail in everything you do, a pleasant telephone manner, good written & verbal communication skills, as you will be providing support to the Office Team, Clients and Area Managers

Accuracy & Attention to detail
Data Entry – Invoices, processing store orders, updating data records
Scanning & Filing
Produce and Dispatch Communication and attendance books
Accurately Posting of Invoices received, including manual and consumable invoicing
Credit Control – chasing all outstanding invoices for Soclean and Flush Hygiene
Assist the Accounts Coordinator with account queries and paperwork, including filing of all accounts paperwork
To ensure effective communication within the office, making sure all admin and accounts tasks are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring the Office Manager and Accounts Coordinator are kept updated on any outstanding tasks
Daily Dispatch of Post
Ensuring all deliveries to Head Office are labelled correctly and stored neatly in the in the warehouse.
To escalate any complaints/Queries to the Office Manager or Accounts Coordinator where necessary
Ensure an adhoc task issued by Directors and the Office Manager are fulfilled within a timely manner.
At least 1 Years’ experience in an office environment
Excellent Communication skills
Willingness to learn
Excellent organizational Skills-Ability to multi task and prioritize workload
Committed, motivated and passionate about people and service delivery.
37.5hrs per week 8.30am -5pm
20 days’ holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)
Salary £21-22K (with scope for improvement as role develops)
