Quality Assurance ...

At So Clean we know that effective management combined with quality supervision is the key to any successful labour intensive operation. We do not sub contract any area of operations as we recognise the importance of our greatest asset, our highly skilled and dedicated employees.

We have built a reputation that is second to none, with high levels of customer and employee retention and we know that our future success depends on our flexible approach to an ever-changing market.

Quality Control
The introduction of Maximiser, our wireless monitoring system, has surpassed the standard set by traditional time and labour-intensive paper procedures previously used for quality inspections. The same comprehensive checklists are now completed on handheld PDA’s and the data simply transferred back to the office PC to consolidate the results.

Our new auditing system has also proved itself to produce the highest possible level of control on our service quality and has the full commitment of our management team. The procedure is endorsed as part of our formal Quality Management Systems BS EN ISO 9001.

Keeping Track
All our service vehicles are fitted with Navman online AVL providing real time tracking and total visibility to monitor our fleet’s activity.

Staff Training
Our investment in a quality training programme provides the opportunity for our staff to develop their skills to ensure they deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. Our programme combines internal and external training at the Cleanwise Training Academy, a fully equipped and BICS certified training school.

Prior to carrying out any works, operatives are assessed in their abilities and undergo the mandatory “Certificate of Competence”.  All operatives are trained for safe chemical use and the specific equipment that relates to the contracts they are working on, followed by a practical assessment to ensure safe working practices. The Cleanwise Training Academy provides BICS 1 and 2 certification for all operatives, supervisors and managers. Following an initial Health and Safety induction, all staff are expected to undergo refresher Health and Safety training on a regular basis.

Work is audited and monitored on a monthly basis to identify any additional training requirements. Further on the job training is provided by the on-site managers and supported by our regional operations management teams.
